1 killed, 1 suspect arrested April 20, 2016 Tracy Clapp Kills Teacher Hit and Run Vehicle Manslaughter Attack  High school drum teacher Christopher Chavez was just walking along a crosswalk when a car smashed into and killed him. The driver fled.  Tracy Clapp, 36, was found disguised with dyed hair, tattoos, blue contact lenses and nabbed by Santa Ana cops following a wild car and foot chase. She wasbooked on suspicion of felony hit-and-run, vehicular manslaughter, felony evasion with a wanton disregard  for public safety and battery. So far no one has accused her of deliberately murdering the teacher.
