Cellphone video captured the driver of one of the vehicles leaving the scene in a taxi. It is unclear whether the person in custody is the same person... in a black Chevy Cobalt when a white Jaguar ran a red light, hitting the couple's car, police said. The house party drew in a large crowd since it was advertised on social media as a party inspired by “Project X,” a movie about an epic high school party.
