April 14, 2014  Toddler Lincoln “Linc” Person was killed when a truck for unclear reasons left State Route 410, steered completely out of control onto the Foothills Trail and slammed into the red wagon the boy was being pulled in on a walking trail. It would have been his second birthday the next week. The family forgave the driver for the unfortunate "accident".  An unidentified 78-year-old was behind the wheel. Police are investigating Monday's tragedy and have made no arrests, according to KOMO-TV. There was no evidence of a deliberate attack.
