Officials are unable to say when cleanup will be completed nor when train service will be restored. There were no injuries reported, and there was no residential evacuation.   16. May 1, 2016  2 killed 2 shooting spree 1 arrested Paranoid High on Marijuana Zachary T. Hays Drive By Murder of Tracy Czaczkowski and West Allis man Zachary T. Hays  was driving an SUV when he rolled down his window and randomly fired three rounds into a family vehicle hitting an Illinois woman Tracy Czaczkowski in the neck who was wife of Drug Enforcement Agency employee who was driving home including two young children, from the Wisconsin Dells on vacation. She died May 2 in the hospital. Police chased the suspect for nearly 20 miles before stopping the car, shooting him in the shoulder when he refused to surrender. The Wisconsin State Journal said the killer's brother told investigators that Hays had smoked marijuana and was "acting extremely paranoid" . Hays is also accused in the shooting death of a West Allis man. Authorities don't have any probably motive (no motive = only terrorism is left by elimination)
