Kasprzyk Minnesota Drug Abuser Terrible Driver Runs Light, Kills Donut Shop Owner, Invades Townhome Naked  Forty-year-old Eric Wesley Kaspryzk of Rosemount is accused of running a red light, causing a 3 or 4 car crash which killed Laos-born Asian donut shop owner Osah Phetsarath of Lakeville. He then fled the scene, cast off his clothes and invaded a nearby townhome where he locked the doors, and kept the residents from unlocking the doors after they called police. After he was arrested, he was evaluated at two hospitals where he became so combative they had to sedate him. Police thought he looked like he was under influence of drugs, and suspect told police lying cover story that he abuses marijuana and cocaine but did not recall if he used  them at the time of the crash, he did not know why he stripped naked, and that he did not remember a thing until he woke up at the hospital.

Alternative theory:  You might be a terrorist if you run a light, crash into and kill a donut shop owner, flee and strip naked and invade a townhome, fight with people on the hospital to where you have to be sedated and then blame it on drug use, insanity and claim you did not remember a thing. As usual, no one even considers the possibility of terrorism as a motive, or that he was lying to police when he said he was under drugs, was insane, and could not remember anything . He faces 3 counts of criminal vehicular homicide, negligence and under influence and leaving scene, first-degree burglary. Lying cover stories: says he uses marijuana and cocaine but did not recall using it. Did no know why he stripped naked. Could not remember anything Unfortunately he will likely get 20 years and be released in 7 years
