Tuesday October 7, 2014 Minneapolis Parking Ramp Assaults In Minneapolis, a man was suspected of attacking two women at a downtown Minneapolis parking ramp C within a span of three hours. The suspect first asked a woman for a dollar then grabbed her hand and pushed her between two cars – but was scared off when another person got off the elevator. Later the man shoved a woman into her car and assaulted her before fleeing the scene when other people approached. A 22 year old man was later arrested when he was recognized wearing the same clothing seen on security videos
