Davis Crash Into Two Cars and Ran Down Pedestrian Case crash: hit 2 cars, 1 ped crime: reckless homicide and hit-and-run killed: 1 detail: In Milwaukee, Wisconsin Shaniece T. Davis faces second-degree reckless homicide and hit-and-run charges after crashed into one car, then fleeing the scene ran a stop sign and struck a van before running over a pedestrian on a crosswalk. People had to stop her from rocking back and forth over the fallen victim when she just got out for a smoke and phone call before she was pointed out to arriving police.
Alternative theory: If this happened in Israel, it would be instantly recognized as a deliberate ramming attack, but in Milwaukee it's just a bad driver who doesn't care.
