Saturday  July 28, 2018 July 2018 New Orleans Mass Shooting Into Crowd Two gunmen wearing hoodies with a long gun and a handgun (2) walked up to a crowd Saturday night outside the outside the businesses of Jazz Daiquiris and Chicken & Watermelon.  3 miles from the French Quarter. (4) (1)  They approached the victims from behind and fired multiple rounds "indiscriminately" killing 3 and injuring another 7.  Authorities believe the intended target was Jeremiah Lee involve3d with the gang 3NG,  who was being chased and ran the crowd before falling. (4)  The gunmen stood over him fired multiple rounds execution style before fleeing, but that does not explain shooting another 9 bystanders unless they were also deliberately targeted. in a clandestine terror attack on the public. Two men and a woman reportedly died at the scene, as two bodies were in front of the Chicken and Watermelon restaurant.  (3)
