Kundilovski entered three guilty pleas for homicide by intoxicated use of vehicle in late November, according to court records.  Kundilovski's car crossed a median and hit the other vehicle.  32-year-old Adam Kendhammer died along with his partner Bryan Rudell, and their friend Jeremy Berchem. Huffing and driving is a crime in Wisconsin, but Minnesota's DWI laws don't include DFE, the chemical propellant used in aerosol sprays and gas duster products.
