5/23/2018 Erratic Truck Driver Arrested OWI Charges Crash Into Parked Milwaukee School Bus 20 injured. Truck driver arrested OWI Wayne Murphy has been arrested. Murphy, 42, is accused of being intoxicated when he allegedly was reported to be driving erratically before the crash. Police were looking for him when he rear-ended a school bus carrying students from Hope Christian School in Milwaukee to the Wisconsin Dells resort park area. The bus was pulled over and parked because of a breakdown . 20 students were injured. 15-year-old Milwaukee girl remains in critical condition one day after. The driver was put in jail on tentative OWI charges.
The crash is apparently being ruled a drunk driving accident and not a deliberate attack, no relation to terrorism.

Because of icy driving conditions It appeared to be an accident, not a deliberate attack, but the driver had 16 previous violations. In May 2018 Jeffrey Krohls of Plato Minnesota, the driver of the semi, was the one charged because he was driving too fast for the conditions. The roads were icy at the time of the crash
