May 9, 2017 Wehai School Bus Arson Fire  killed: 13 suspect: killed in suicide detail: Bus driver angry over the loss of overtime pay allowance bought gasoline and set fire to his school bus inside a tunnel on way to local Korean international school  in the eastern city of Weihai, killing 13 people, 2 adults and 11 children from China and South Korea. Electrical fault and traffic accident were ruled out as causes.

Alternative theory: no evidence of an attack engineered by North Korea.
