The perpetrator stole gaming chips and fired gun shots before committing suicide. (CNN)  ISIL claims responsibility for the attack; however, authorities contend and later prove it was a bungled robbery by a gambling addict in debt for $80,000 and not a terror attack carefully staged as a bungled robbery. (Reuters)
