May 6, 2017  Suspect Constantino Banda-Acosta Illegal Immigrant Deported 15 Times Drunk Crash  6 year old boy Lennox Lake was seriously injured when suspect Constantino Banda-Acosta was speeding under the influence, ran a stop sign and plowed into their family's car on the way to Disneyland. The crash was in  San Ysidro, just north of the U.S.-Mexico border and is an area where illegal immigrants frequently cross the border. Suspect Constantino Banda-Acosta was deported back to his native Mexico the first time in 2002 and re-entered and been deported at least 14 times until the latest in January. He faces criminal immigration charges for the first time, and has been criminally "charged.in a San Diego County jail on felony charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level of more than 0.08 percent and hit-and-run, plus a misdemeanor charge of driving without a license.. If convicted, he faces a possible sentence of seven years and eight months in prison."
