1 suspect killed terrorism and suicide suspected, ruled out August 12, 2016 Canadian not-Terrorist Mohammad Hassan Chaudhary Steals and Crashes Plane Into Mall Canadian 20-year-old Markham man Mohammad Hassan Chaudhary with mental health issues “acting alone,” managed to sneak into Toronto Markham Airport, steal a Piper PA-38-112 Tomahawk small plane undetected, fly it and crashed it just before 3 a.m. in what appeared to be an "emergency landing" near the Landsdowne Place mall apparently halfway on a journey to the national capital in Ottawa. The plane's owner had the only key. Police believe that someone with a bit of computer flight simulator experience could probably fly a plane but landing would be a problem. Chaudhary’s father Afzal Chaudhary said that his son lived with schizophrenia and other mental health issues. The son was charged in connection with an alleged armed robbery at a gas station with a pellet gun where he fled with money in September 2015. The father answered questions from police officials who initiated a terrorist investigation but could not connect him to any

(global news) The identity of the hijacker was first revealed by an exclusive Global News report which said the RCMP’s investigation into the event was related to national security matters due to something found in the plane’s wreckage. Rebel Media Here’s why official Peterborough plane crash story doesn’t fly
Global News: Sources close to the investigation confirmed to Global News the RCMP is now leading the inquiry into the crash and Chaudhary ’s father said they had met with him “many times” to discuss his son’s involvement. “I guess that they’re trying to find out [if] he might be, if there is any problem behind him … That there might be any link for terrorism or something else,” Chaudhary said, adding that the RCMP had not confirmed to him any link to an extremist organization. “Nothing. They find nothing.”
Terrorism was ruled out after investigation: “Based on our joint investigation, there is no national security aspect,” said RCMP spokesperson Sgt. Penny Hermann. Three police services had been “working together” to investigate the crash including the anti-terrorist Ontario RCMP Integrated National Security Enforcement Team, and some objects of concern were found the crashed plane. Canadian airspace incidents involve federal authorities in the investigation, PPS contacted the Ontario RCMP Integrated National Security Enforcement Team (INSET) during their initial investigation as did YRP during their investigation,” the statement said. “INSET has followed up on the information provided by both police services and we have no information to indicate there is a link with national security. The investigation has not revealed the motive for the theft and all indications are that the young man acted alone.”

However, many of the facts point to something much more sinister. Canadian man named Adam Leon, his real name is Yavuz Berke. He is in fact, a Muslim immigrant from Turkey. Berke stole Cessna 172 from Confederation College in Thunder Bay, Ontario, around 2:55 p.m. EST. At 4:23 p.m. he entered U.S. airspace as he flew over Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, at which time two F-16s from the Wisconsin Air National Guard intercepted began following the plane. For the next five hours, Berke flew over Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and eventually landing in Missouri. Apparently, someone believed the flight to be a terrorist attack. Authorities concluded that Berke had been depressed and left his girlfriend a note, and his car was left at the airport with the keys inside. Berke has been portrayed by federal authorities as nothing more than a despondent individual who had hoped to be shot down in a suicide. Berke is obviously an experienced pilot and could have easily been testing-out the policies of a new president on a well-planned dry-run for future terrorist attacks with girlfriend trouble as a common cover story for terrorism.Turk jailed for flying stolen Canadian plane into U.S. airspace A Canadian student pilot who stole a plane from a flight school in Thunder Bay, Ont., and flew it over four American states before landing on a road in Missouri was sentenced Tuesday to two years in a U.S. federal prison. The crash raised fears of a terrorist attack because of the similarities with the September 11th attacks, which had occurred only a few months earlier. The cause of the crash was never exactly determined, but the most plausible reason is an accident or a suicide.
