The perpetrator was arrested shortly afterward while attempting to flee the scene. (Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty)   man "entered the cafe and opened fire with an automatic rifle, killing his wife and another woman, then he continued to shoot at other citizens in the cafe." the weapon was illegal that and jealousy was believed to be the motive. It is the third mass shooting in recent years in Serbia   2015, a 55-year-old man went on a shooting spree in a northern Serbian town in an apparent drunken rage over his son's wedding, killing six people, including the bride and her parents.  In 2013, a 60-year-old Serbian war veteran shot dead 13 people in the country's worst massacre in two decades as he rampaged through his tiny village about 50 kilometers south of Belgrade.

October 29th, 2011, Police Raid Bosnia Muslim Village After U.S. Embassy Attack…GORNJA MAOCA, Bosnia-Herzegovina — Special police units raided homes Saturday in a Bosnian village linked to the gunman who fired an automatic weapon at the U.S. Embassy in Sarajevo in what authorities called a terrorist attack.  The raids came as 17 suspected Muslim associates of the shooter, all said to be members of the ultraconservative Wahhabi Muslim sect, were arrested in Serbia.
A convoy of police vehicles entered the isolated northern village of Gornja Maoca, known to be inhabited by many Wahhabis Muslims, and officers wearing black masks and camouflage uniforms surrounded several houses, according to an Associated Press video. The reporter saw the security forces enter some homes before officers asked him to leave.  17 MUSLIMS ARRESTED IN SERBIA October 29th, 2011…Serbian police yesterday arrested 17 people in the Muslim-populated area of Sandzak after a suspected radical Islamist opened fire on the US embassy in Sarajevo, local media reported.
