Kirby Dang, 21, of Garland has been charged with murder and three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, jail records show. Forest apartments in far northeast Dallas late on the night of July 23. They found Trung Hieu Nguyen stabbed to death and three other victims wounded. Authorities believe Dang stabbed Nguyen and the others, though no motive for the crime was revealed. Police also have yet to say what led them to the suspect.
