February 2, 2018  Shanghai Gas Canister Van Plows Into Crowd Not Terrorist minivan carrying inflammable gas canisters  plowed into pedestrians in downtown Shanghai, China leaving at least 3 in critical condition. Indications is that it was just an accident,  near a prominent park and Starbucks  happened at a busy intersection, government immediately ruled out terrorism   vehicle driven terrorist attacks have killed scores globally in recent years. Daily Star (UK) called it the Shanghai van attack  as the  van was moving fast as it veered across the road. He said: “The minivan did not slow down. The driver must have been in a panic at the time, he didn’t slow down and just directly crashed.
