  1. 02/24/2018 Jeffrey Yao Alleged Winchester Library Stabbing Two stabbed, one fatally at Winchester Massachusetts library. Deane Kenny Stryker was sitting at a table in a reading room at the WinchesterP ublic Library when mentally ill Jeffrey Yao allegedly started stabbing her from behind with a 10-inch hunting knife, killing her and then stabbed 77-year-old Lester Taber who yelled to stop. Yao's lawyer says his client is mentally ill and that the attack was random, pleaded not guilty to charges of murder and armed assault with intent to murder.
