Why do so many cars for no apparent reason cross over the center line into the path of a giant semi trailer truck or bus? Are these suicide attacks against shipping like u-boats in the atlantic? Is the driver truly "out of control" how do we know he was not aiming for a target? If the target maneuvers away and is still hit, this is evidence attacking driver is taking aim.
