September 26, 2017 Quoc Thanh Tran Charged Wrong Way Crash Kills 2  2011 BMW535XI, driven by Quoc Thanh Tran, (asian vietnamese) 26, of Brooklyn Center was driving the wrong way on I-94 when it hit and killeed two teenagers in a Camry Camry, 18-year-old Diana Rojas Martinez (hispanic), and her passenger, 19-year-old Christopher Bunay (asian), were pronounced dead at the scene.
