October 23, 2017 Housemate Daughter Fiance Jeffrey Scullin Accused in Murder of Teacher Melinda Pleskovic 1 killed suspect arrested On October 24, Jeffrey Scullin and Bruce Pleskovic called 911 to say when they arrived home they found the body of Bruce's wife popular Strongsville middle school teacher Melinda Pleskovic stabbed to death in the kitchen. The complaine to police that they were being harassed with people trying to break into the house all year. Oct 31, 20-year-old Jeffrey Scullin who lived with the family was arrested in the murder. He was engaged to Melinda Pleskovic's daughter Anna due to be married days after the murder.
