September 11, 2017 Mental Crisis Student Attacks 3 Staff at St. Paul Johnson High School  On Oct4, 2017 an unnamed student at St. Paul's Johnson High School was charged after an alleged Sept 11 attack on three staff members when which he punched one, threw one to the ground and grabbed another's neck.  The 16-year-old was charged with third, fourth and fifth-degree assault. One staff member sustained a head injury after getting “sucker punched” by the student. His mother says the teen has mental health issues with autism, and is "not well enough to make wise decisions, especially when he is upset”

October 18, 2016  Todd Beamer High School Federal Way Black Lives Matters Controversy  Oct. 18, Federal Way police officers were on campus investigating reports of a student with a weapon when they were asked to respond to an unrelated student fight between girls in the lunch room. One girl resisted causing two officers to fall to the ground where a hostile crowd gathered and was yelling and hostile toward police. When told she was under arreste she kicked kicked at one officer, striking him in the thigh, chest, and stomach, and in the face breaking his glasses. She was overpowered and put into handcuffs and led away from the school. The student who made the original threat on social media was also disruptive and had to be arrested. After a massive Black Lives Matter event protesting the arrest students were criticized who did not participate.  After 14 year old white freshman  Ellie Mae Hanie speaks up against pressure to support black lives matters at the school board,  at school she is confronted by the same irl who was violently arrested. After she was surrounded by a mob, she was told by school officials to stay away from school from her own safety and now has withdrawn from school, and the school resource officer who did the arrest is reassigned. The  Girl who assaulted resource officer violently and cussing is back in school, still has not been identified.


December 4, 2015 attack  Fon’Tae O’Bannon Assaults Teacher at St. Paul Central High School Traumatic Brain Injury  At St. Paul Minnesota Central High  An argument over sports statistics turns into a fight. When staff arrives to break up the fight... one of several staff members attempting to break up the two students. He was trying to keep 16-year-old Fon’Tae O’Bannon from joining the fight when O’Bannon attacked him, slammed the teacher into a concrete wall. He then picked him up and began to strangle him, at which point the teacher blacked out for 10 to 20 seconds..... When police found the teacher, he had bruising and scratches on his neck and was holding a pair of broken glasses. He was taken to the hospital, where doctors determined he had suffered a traumatic brain injury, neck trauma and a concussion. student faces three charges in connection with the Friday assault on science teacher John Ekblad, identified only as "JE" in the criminal complaint.  The teen got 90 days' house arrestTeacher's lawsuit against St. Paul Schools says colleagues fear   St. Paul school district says teacher can't sue over fight injuries  St. Paul teacher's lawsuit over Central High assault dismissed
