The teen's attorneys argued that the girl stabbed Dansberry defensively only after she began attacking the teen's friend, knocking her to the ground. Her sentence was under consideration Dec 8, 2016 defendant "reacts impulsively, impetuously, unthinking," said Tamar Sirkin, an assistant public defender.
