2. Syrian Civil War U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) say they have seized full control of Manbij in Syria's northern Aleppo Governorate after ISIL militants withdrew from their last remaining strongholds in the city. (Reuters)
3. Suspected Syrian government or Russian airstrike hits the Kafr Hamra children's hospital in a village on the outskirts of Aleppo, killing a nurse and a technician and rendering the hospital's facilities unusable. (The Telegraph)
4. A small plane crashes after an aborted landing at Shannon Airport near Fredericksburg, Virginia, killing six people. (Reuters)

5. 1 suspect killed August 12, 2016  Canadian not-Terrorist Mohammad Hassan Chaudhary Steals and Crashes Plane Into Mall Canadian 20-year-old Markham man Mohammad Hassan Chaudhary with mental health issues “acting alone,” managed to sneak into  Toronto Markham Airport, steal a Piper PA-38-112 Tomahawk small plane undetected, fly it and crashed it just before 3 a.m. in what appeared to be an "emergency landing" near the Landsdowne Place mall apparently halfway on a journey to the national capital in Ottawa. The plane's owner had the only key. Police believe that someone with a bit of computer flight simulator experience could probably fly a plane but landing would be a problem. Chaudhary’s father Afzal Chaudhary said that his son lived with schizophrenia and other mental health issues. The son was charged in connection with an alleged armed robbery at a gas station with a pellet gun where he fled with money in September 2015. The father answered questions from police officials who initiated a terrorist investigation but could not connect him to any
