Kawazba is the 6th person from Sa'ir to have died since the October 2015 surge in the Israeli-Palestine conflict.

Duncan Hunter to the Department of Homeland Security. Muhammad Azeem and Muktar Ahmad, both in their 20s, surrendered to U.S. Border Patrol agents in September....[matched terrorist databases]... among dozens of men — described by Border Patrol agents as “military age and carrying U.S. cash” who began entering the U.S. through a Tijuana-based human-smuggling pipeline in September...pretty unusual..2013, U.S. Customs and Border Protection detained fewer than 400 Pakistanis throughout the entire United States Between October 1, 2014, and Sept. 30, 2015, the San Diego sector of the Border Patrol detained 18 Pakistanis and 1 Afghan, according to Border Patrol statistics. Between October 1 and mid-November of last year, 2 Afghans and 22 Pakistanis reportedly surrendered to Border Patrol agents... detained more Pakistanis and Afghans in the first month of this fiscal year than we did all last year,”... begun making an effort to avoid being caught... Agents say that some of them insist on being called “Gypsies” rather than Romanian.....were able to obtain refugee status and benefits once they arrived in Canada. But now turned away..unable to obtain travel visas directly to Canada or the U.S.; Mexico, however, will let them enter the country... once in US immigration hearing date and released,..Then they disappear...2015 over 300 have entered the U.S. from Mexico and surrendered. Last year 2014 peak year, over 800 reported Romanians up from 670 in 2011 and more than 400 in 2010. By contrast, just 37 Romanians were caught by the Border Patrol along the California border between 2005 and 2009, according to Border Patrol statistics... route from Mexico to US to Canada.... where, until recently, members of the Roma ethnic minority group could still attain refugee status.... A Walnut Creek man, with an apparent vendetta against his former wedding party, went on a fiery rampage through Contra Costa County, tossing Molotov cocktails and leaving joker playing cards at the homes of his victims, police said Tuesday. The wild case all came together Christmas Eve when authorities identified 33-year-old Joshua Van Buskirk as a suspect in a string of arson fires in Antioch, Concord, and Pleasant Hill...
