Feb 15 Driver Haissan Massalkhy arrested on suspicion of murder in collision that killed a jogger in Walnut  Los Angeles Times A driver was arrested Monday on suspicion of murder after he allegedly struck and killed a man who was jogging in Walnut, authorities said.  A man was driving east on La Puente Road at 5:52 a.m. when he struck a man jogging in the bike lane, Rodriguez said. The driver carried the jogger on the hood of his 1989 Toyota Camry for "several yards" before crashing into the wall.  jogger, 59-year-old Chi Shao of Walnut, was pronounced dead... The driver, Haissan Massalkhy, 36, of West Covina, was detained at the scene for questioning by detectives.
