- February 15, 2016 1 killed 1 arrested Driver Haissan Massalkhy Allegedly Intentionally Kills Jogger Authorities believe that driver Haissan Massalkhy, 36, of West Covina California deliberately drove his car into jogger 59-year-old Chi Shao of Walnut pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was stuck to the hood of 1989 Toyota Camry before crashing into a wall. The driver was detained at the scene for questioning, but no motive has been given. In Israel, the motive would be obvious. FreeRepublic netizens suspect his name provides a strong clue he might be a lone wolf terrorist.
