The victims were Robert Fakler, 52, the owner and company employees, identified as Adam Fuehrer, 42; Lois Cobb, 45; and her husband, Bill Cobb, 50[1] [2]
The hit was carefully planned like a professional to avoid detection by picking up shell casings, changing his clothing, and cleaning a knife and gun with bleach. To cover his trail, he stole a company car to a truck parked less than a mile away at a McDonald's, but surveillance video at businesses along the route still traced his path. [2]

Alternative theory: The only motive that makes sense is a workplace version of a school or mass mass shooting with a clandestine political terrorist motive where the objective is to kill random victims to punish an enemy.
