February 17, 2019  Javier Hernandez Morales Deported Illegal Immigrant Shot Killed By Police Javier Hernandez Morales was shot by woman police officer after shooting first and missed Deputy Riley Jarecki  with a handgun during a traffic stop on Sunday, February 17.  Javier Hernandez-Morales was a Mexican national who had been previously removed three times. Federal immigration officials said the shooting could have been prevented if  and they had been allowed to detain him without the effect of sanctuary laws. (1)
