September 13, 2018 Ramey James Olson Alleged Erratic Driver Shoots Crossbow At Police Suspect stole a pickup from stolen pickup from Osakis 90 miles from Minneapolis into Sauk Centre. He crashed into a garage and found the owner's crossbow which he used to shot a Stearns County deputy in the arm, and was shot by police and arrested. Authorities have not released a motive so it can't be a terrorist attack.
