A man who makes teroristic threats, attacks medical first responders, but has not been called a domestic terrorist. This case could mean other bomb threat suspects can be capable of other assaults and small acts of domestic terrorism, sabotage and warfare.

1 injured, 3 hospitalized October 3, 2014 Man charged in bomb threat case attacks medic, says he's tortured by satellites Orlando Sentinel A 31-year-old Deltona man Matthew Osborne was charged with making a false report of planting a bomb and disrupting an educational institution at Volusia County's Pine Ridge High School at 1 p.m. Friday... third time within in a week that Central Florida schools had to be evacuated because of a bomb scare.. Minutes after the phone call, he called 911 and punched the paramedic in the throat. When taken into custody, Osborne used profanities, said he was being tortured by satellites and made other comments that did not make sense. He has been in the Volusia County Jail more than 20 times since 2003 for charges including burglary, domestic violence and
drug possession.  13 students were suffering medical issues due to the heat of staying outside the building without shelter, 3 were hospitalized.

UPDATE 3: The following 12 elementary schools have been searched and are cleared: Bear Lake, Carillon, English Estates, Geneva, Heathrow, Walker, Pace Brantley, Partin, Rainbow, Sabal Point, Wekiva, and Winter Springs.

Related Police: Man called in bomb threat at Walmart in Orlando. The Navy Yard shooter also believed he was affected by electronic signals. This man combines two terroristic attacks, bomb threats and attacking first responders. There is only one possible motive that is consistent with these attacks.

    GROVELAND, Fla. - Another bomb threat has been reported at a Lake County school on Monday morning, according to officials. Lake County Sheriff's Office said a bomb threat was reported at Clermont Middle School. Deputies and Clermont police officers are on scene investigating.

    It's not clear if evacuations have been ordered at Clermont Middle School.

    The second bomb threat report comes hours after students and staff were evacuated from South Lake High School in Groveland.

    School officials said students, who were taken to the school's football field, were not being released from the campus.
