He's Italian and Iranian but Iran (and buddies in Russia) apparently has nothing to do with the attack, he's also some kind of a right wing white supremacist who does not like white twits or mixed blood with Mexicans.
Legan was armed with an “an SKS …an AK-47-type assault rifle” that was “purchased legally” by Legan in Nevada on July 9. Legan, of Gilroy, was reportedly visiting or living with family members in Nevada. (terrorists usually hit a target near their home, getting gun from NV is unusual)
Terrorist without a cause, or a clandestine attack that hides the true sponsor? What nation state could be behind an attack like this, besides CIA and Mossad?

A mass shooting occurred at the Gilroy Garlic Festival in Gilroy, California, on July 28, 2019, at 5:40 p.m., resulting in four deaths, including the gunman, and 12 injuries.[4]
Background[edit]
The Gilroy Garlic Festival is an annual three-day event held at Christmas Hill Park.[5] One of the nation's best known food festivals, it draws visitors from around the country.[6] Located about 30 miles (48 km) southeast of San Jose, Gilroy is home to about 60,000 people, and the city is a major producer of garlic.[5] The festival is Gilroy’s top fundraiser, staffed with volunteers to raise money for nonprofit groups including clubs and schools.[6]
Shooting[edit]
The shooting occurred during the 41st edition of the festival on Sunday, July 28, its third and final day, shortly before the scheduled closing at 6:00 p.m.[6] At least one suspect reportedly entered the festival by cutting through a wire fence at a creek border, thus evading security screening.[2]
An eyewitness described a man wearing a green shirt and a grayish handkerchief around his neck, who fired into the food area with what looked like an assault rifle.[7] Another witness reported a white man in his early to mid-30s firing a rifle that was “able to shoot three to four shots a second”.[8]
Jack van Breen, the lead singer of local band TinMan, which was doing an encore when the shooting began, told KPIX 5 he heard someone shout, "Why are you doing this?" In response, the shooter said, "Because I’m really angry."[9]
Police said the suspect used an "AK-47-type weapon"[2] which may be an SKS [10][11] or a WASR-10 semi-automatic rifle that was legally bought in Nevada on July 9.[12] Police at the scene, who reportedly engaged the shooter within a minute of the start of the shooting, quickly killed the gunman.[13] The police chief credited the fast response to a heavy police presence with "many, many officers in the park".[14]
Police are searching for a potential second suspect.[15][7] Along with Gilroy Police Department, the San Francisco Field Division of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Fireams and Explosives and 30 agents of the FBI also responded to the scene.[16] More than a dozen ambulance and fire department crews appeared at the scene, where they were told that they were to prepare for up to 11 victims, and that the final count was unknown. Three people were killed and 12 others were injured.[17][15]

Perpetrator[edit]
Santino William Legan, a 19-year-old resident of Gilroy, California, who also spent some time in Nevada,[12] was identified by authorities as the shooter who was killed by police.[19] Witnesses reported that he appeared to be firing at random.[13]
An Instagram account was opened four days before the shooting by Santino William Legan of the same age who identified as an "Italian Iranian".[14] A few days before the festival Legan made two posts that complained about the event congesting the countryside with "hordes" of mestizos and Silicon Valley whites, and instructed people to read the book Might Is Right by "Ragnar Redbeard" which was published in 1890 and contains anti-Christian, anti-Semitic, anarchist, and racist content as well as being common among white nationalist, neo-Nazi and Satanist circles.[20] Author Chris Mathews described the book as a "proto-fascist white power manifesto".[21][22]
Reactions[edit]
U.S. President Donald Trump offered condolences and thanked law enforcement.[23] California's junior U.S. senator and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris expressed gratitude toward the first responders, as did California's governor Gavin Newsom.[24] Other lawmakers also issued statements about the incident,[25] alongside organizations such as March for Our Lives, and Moms Demand Action, the former spokesperson for the National Rifle Association, and many celebrities.[26]
