Authorities say a man has been arrested on suspicion of starting fires in Northern California.
The 40-year-old suspect has been identified as Damin Anthony Pashilk. Pashilk has been charged with 17 counts of arson over the so-called Clayton Fire and numerous ones in Lake County over the past year. The blaze in the town of Lower Lake has caused over ten million dollars in damage and left dozens of families homeless. There have been no reports of casualties.
