Taliban Attack Destroys Six Harriers at Camp Bastion in World War 9-11

  1. There should now be no doubt that the Attack of the anti-Muslim Film is a worldwide coordinated war which has reached a new level when attacks on Camp Bastion were justified by outrage over the video.

When you combine this is violent protests across embassies in over 20 nations in the middle east, an apparent jihad SEAL strike team  armed with armored vehicles, 14.5 anti-aircraft/armor guns, flak vests, rpgs, and enough flexibility and command / control to mount a 2nd attack on US forces sent to aid victims of the first strike, and even phone threats to colleges across the US, it should be clear this is no protest, it is not even terrorism, it is an integral part of a coordinated war effort, likely with backing of a major nation state terrorist military power.

While the Obama administration is trying to pin the blame on a few "crazy and misguided" film maker and outraged zealots, only the Republicans were the first to call it an Al Queda operation, and an act of war.

Initial reports were that two harriers were damaged, now it is 6 destroyed and 2 are only good for parts. No one has has as much success in destroying US aircraft on the ground since  the Vietcong attacks in South Vietnam which forced the US to house fighters in bomb-proof shelters.

Camp Bastion is the main British military base in Afghanistan. Accommodating 28,000 people it is situated northwest of Lashkar Gah, the capital of Helmand Province, and exists to be the logistics hub for operations in Helmand.[2] It is the largest British overseas military camp built since World War II.[3]
Built in early 2006 by 39 Engineer Regiment, the camp is situated in a remote desert area, far from population centres. Four miles long by two miles wide, it has a busy airfield and a field hospital and originally had full accommodation for the 2000 men and women.[4]
The base is divided into 2 main parts, Bastion 1 and Bastion 2. Bastion 2 includes two tenant camps, Camp Barber (US) and Camp Viking (DK). Bastion also adjoins Camp Leatherneck (US) and the Afghan National Army (ANA) Camp Shorabak. Westland WAH-64 Apache and Boeing CH-47 Chinook helicopters are forward-deployed at the Heliport. The Taliban threatened Prince Harry after announcement of his deployment:

A Taliban spokesman had said days after the announcement of Harry's deployment that they would try to kill him while he's in Helmand Province.
"We will do our best to kill Prince Harry and Britain's other troops based in Helmand," Zabihullah Mujahid said. "It is not important for us to kidnap him. We will target him and we will kill him."
