Gloucester UK machete killing of 19 yr old Zac Evans ---

1 killed 1 charged January 24, 2015  Man charged with murder after death of Zac Evans in Tuffley, Gloucester  Police issued a statement at 6pm that 44-year-old Ewen Anthony Reynolds, of Foley Close, Tuffley, was charged with the teenager’s murder and attempted murder for a second assault during the same incident on Saturday. 19-year-old Zac Evans was hacked to death with a machete outside a pub in Gloucester early Saturday morning in an attack that left another two men with serious injuries. Because it resembled an attack in Finland recently by a Somali immigrant who attacked three men outside a pub with a machete, some speculated whether the suspects could have been radicalized.

Name appears to be anglo, but similarity of attack may still be a link if not ethnicity or religion.

    Minnesota Somali Gang Violence

    In the summer of 2013 shootings of 4 Somalis in Minneapolis and Burnville killed 3 in the worst wave of Somali violence since a string of shootings in 2007-2008 that killed seven over 10 months. Community activists are worried about gang violence even though authorities are not talking about gangs.
