3 killed suspect on trial March 3, 2013 Julio Acevedo BMW "accident" kills Orthodox pregnant Jewish couple in Brooklyn NY cab Julio Acevedo BMW slammed a borrowed nearly new 2010 BMW into a cab at 60 mph, killing Nachman and pregnant Raizy Glauber, both 21, at an intersection in the Orthodox Jewish Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn New York. Their son who survived was born prematurely but died later. His cover story was that he was fleeing a gunman trying to shoot at him, and fled to avoid being shot. Asked if he was played a part “'Sure I played a part, I couldn't stop. Accidents happen'”  Acevedo has a long rap sheet dating back to 1987, including a bust for second-degree murder for the killing of the original 50 Cent  Kelvin Martin. The driver was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison after being convicted. No media was bold enough to accuse him of deliberately targeting the couple because they were Jewish. The New York Times made no reference that the victims were jewish.

    Could an innocent accident be a carefully staged terrorist targeted assassination  On March 3, 2013 Julio Acevedo just happened to be driving through  Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn,  the largest community of ultra-Orthodox Jews outside Israel. For some reason, he and a passenger floored the gas and rammed a large $20,000 2010 BMW he borrowed from a friend into a cab which happened to be carrying  Orthodox Jews Nachman and pregnant wife Raizy Glauber, where they had to cut out of the twisted wreckage.  Julio fled the scene in a hit-and-run, but he insists he was driving safely while trying to flee at high speed from someone who was trying to kill him. The collision was unavoidable as the cab was running a stop sign, and obviously driving fast in a rush to get to the hospital. A son who survived being born prematurely also died later.

    In a glowing biography,  the 44 year old suspect was born to an illiterate teenage mother, and raised in housing projects by his strict born-again Christians grandparents from Puerto Rico.  But his life took a turn for the worse as was an ex-con who had spent nearly 10 years in prison for a  fatal shooting.  A rabbi asked why he fled the scene: “nobody thinks he wanted to kill somebody, so why run?” After being named and vilified in the tabloids as the suspect a callous monster, Acevedo turned himself in several days later in Pennsylvania. Asked if he played a part in the accident he said  “ I couldn’t stop. Accidents happen”.  Curiously, only a couple of zionist extremist sites  like anti-semitism.net seemed to think this was a deliberate attack against Jews, while anti-zionist sites (like the “jewish terrorism” site that claims the blown off legs and blood in the Boston Bombing was fake) also noted the “accident”  as if they wished they could take credit for it.

    July 14, 2013 Woodside Queens, New York: Carlos Perez, 33,and 26-year-old Isaac Martinez. hailed the cab driver around 5 a.m. local time Saturday carrying six packs of beer. Sources told police that Perez and Martinez were highly intoxicated and that the cabbie refused to give them a ride because he noticed both men were drunk and an argument ensued, and just snapped when they hopped into his car. Perez says the driver simply started attacking when he stopped and backed up. The driver got out of his car and smashed its rear window with a baseball bat before going after the passengers, who defended themselves with beer bottles The cab driver stabbed the 33-year-old in the torso, police said, and the 26-year-old in the chest when he tried to help out his friend. Both were left bleeding in the street as the cabbie sped away. The driver was described as an Asian man in his 30s. A taxi spokesman suspected it may have been a Lincoln towncar posing as a phony livery cab, but the cab was never found.





    Only one motive explains this - a terrorist attack staged as road rage. Sounds exactly the same as the Thai taxi cab driver who killed an American citizen over a 1.50 taxi fare. Argument, then driver suffers from sudden jihad syndrome.

    Martinez, nicknamed Deejay Cobra, had just finished a gig spinning records at a Woodside restaurant early Saturday, and he and Perez picked up some beer at a nearby deli.

    “He had a bat,” Perez said of the cabbie.
    “He hit me. I grabbed the bat from him and tried to hit him in the legs, but I missed him. He then pulled out a knife and started stabbing me. He got me in the ribs.”

    Perez fell from the car, and Martinez, sitting in the front passenger seat, tried to stop the cabbie from getting behind the wheel.

    In the struggle, the cabbie stabbed Martinez, piercing his heart, police said.

    “He starts stabbing him in his chest,” Perez said. “I wanted to help him, but I was hurt. I could not move. I could not do anything."

    The cabbie fled in his black Lincoln sedan down 69th St. while his victims were taken to Elmhurst Hospital. Martinez, who has a 5-year-old son in his native Mexico, died there.

    The clerk who sold them a couple six-packs there told the Post, "They were smiling a lot, like they were happy about something," and said the men didn't seem particularly intoxicated. (Meanwhile,New York Daily News sources say they were "highly intoxicated.") Either way, the driver of the Lincoln Town Car they flagged down near 68-10 Roosevelt Avenue didn't want them in his cab, and an argument ensued when they tried to get in anyway, according to the Daily News.

A cab driver spokesman, Fernando Mateo, pointed out that the armed man may have just been a lunatic, as opposed to a lunatic cabbie."You see a black Lincoln Town Car, I would even think it's a livery cab driver, but in a lot of cases we have proven that its not livery cab drivers committing these kind of crimes," he told NBC New York.
