March 28, 2016   Black Tennesee pastor Russell Dawson Shooter Who Was Institutionalized Shot After Pulling Gun at US Capitol 66-year-old Larry Russell Dawson, a black pastor from Antioch, Tenn. a man was shot by police after drawing a fake BB gun at a U.S. Capitol checkpoint, and taken to the hospital, a bystander sustained minor injuries. He was known to police for disrupting the House chamber last fall by shouting  he was a 'prophet of God'  Dawson was arrested and charged in 2003  with harassment because he wrote a letter to a girl saying that she, " had been chosen to be his wife," and that " he wants the child to hear his baby." Dawson entered a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity and was committed to the Middle Tennessee Mental Health Institute.
