Authorities said Ivan Enrique Molina Bustamante, 21, of Bel Air, was found not far away around 11 a.m. Sunday and was charged with first-degree murder, attempted murder and assault. Deputies are still trying to determine a motive. Bustamante was arrested in June on assault charges and was given probation. He has a Dec. 18 court date on a violation of probation charge.
