Police said three people who were in the parking lot at the time of the shooting were struck. One of them appears to have been in the wrong place at the wrong time... the shooting may have stemmed from an argument earlier in the day and that the other two victims were the likely targets.

She was parked there when the semi truck drove onto the shoulder and rear-ended her car while traveling at about 58 mph
