Croswell of Washougal Washington State  was jailed (3).suspected of vehicular homicide while driving under the influence of intoxicants and hit-and-run driving resulting in death for driving his Jeep while intoxicated through a chain link fence into a beach park in Washougal Washington State, where he ran over and killed 2 sunbathers Rudolf and Regina Hohstadtat the Sandy Swimming Hole Park visiting from Germany. (3)

This is only one a number of recent vehicle attacks / accidents with no apparent motive or patttern.
