May 25, 2019 Miranda Schaup-Werner, 41, a psychotherapist from Allentown, Pennsylvania died from respiratory failure and pulmonary edema  Schaup-Werner and her husband were staying at the adults-only Bahia Principe Bouganville in La Romana, a city on the southern end of the island. [1]She collapsed after consuming a drink from the minibar at the Luxury Bahia Principe Bouganville, according to Fox News Dominican Republic attorney general said she had a heart attack, according to CNN.  NBC reports her husband "confirmed she had a history of heart conditions."    Pulmonary Edema?
