Ahmad Nayeb Fluor Contractor Terrorist --- ===

12 November 2016 Ahmad Nayeb Fluor Contractor Terrorist Afghanistan 2016 Bagram Airfield bombing: Ahmad Nayeb was an Afghan national who had been hired despite his resume which showed he had been  previously a Taliban insurgent. He infiltrated and was working alone on the graveyard shift at a Fluor facility at Bagram Air Force Base when he constructed a suicide bomb using Fluor materials and a voltage meter that caused an explosion at NATO's Bagram Airfield[1] He killed four Americans and injures at least 16 U.S. service members and a Polish soldier. The Taliban claims responsibility.  [3]

Wikipedia:  According to Abdul Wahid Sediqi, spokesman for the governor of Parwan Province Mohammad Asim Asim, the attacker managed to infiltrate the base on foot, joining a group of workers reporting for duty early in the morning.[3] After successfully passing through at least one checkpoint, he approached a sidewalk where a group of Soldiers were preparing for Combatives Training, detonated his explosive vest around 05:38 local time.[2] Two U.S. soldiers and two U.S. private contractors were killed, in addition to the bomber. Among the 17 injured were 16 U.S. service members and one Polish soldier.[3]  The bombing was the deadliest single incident involving U.S. troops since a December 2015 suicide attack at the same base which killed six soldiers.

Winston Hencely, 22, of Effingham County, Georgia, claims Nayeb made his bomb vest on the clock, using Fluor tools and parts, and was allowed to wander the base without supervision, a violation of security protocols.  "The projectiles that penetrated Hencely's brain and chest were the property of Fluor — pieces of nuts and bolts the bomber obtained from Fluor," the lawsuit says.  laims Fluor knew Nayeb was previously a Taliban insurgent. As part of Nayeb's vetting, a memo detailing his earlier association with the Taliban and his participation in a reintegration program were included in his dossier, but his Taliban connection was not flagged for further investigation,  primary contributing factor to the 12 November 2016 attack was Fluor's complacency and its lack of reasonable supervision
