    Targeted Individuals, also known as TIs, are self-described people who believe they have been targeted with electromagnetic radiation and non-lethal weapons[1] by a group of perpetrators or thegovernment for multiple purposes, the main one being human experimentation.[2][3]. This issue is considered by many a conspiracy despite the fact that some Targeted Individuals have medical records that they are victims of specific electromagnetic effects and have nano materials in their systems to send radio signals to their bodies.

    About Targeted Individuals[edit source | editbeta]

    Most Targeted Individuals, due to their condition, are involuntarily isolated from society, including friends, family, community, and all forms of support. According to many sources and SNBC, the phenomenon may be caused by delusional disorder, however, the so called TIs tend to disagree with that statement.[4] They think Electromagnetic weapons, or directed-energy weapons that cannot be heard, tasted or smelt, are used on them. TIs are believed to have been placed into a maze ofpsychological and many times physical warfare tactics which is orchestrated by federal law enforcement. A significance amount of TIs claim that these also include anything from community harassment tactics known as "Organized Stalking" and various other invasions of privacy and violations of basic constitutional rights, to invisible physical torture through the use of highly targeted overexposure to electromagnetic.[5][6]
    A TI may feel that he or she could be tracked down at any time, and some of them claim that they were targeted by the Illuminati, theFreemasons and the CIA, and as a result suffer from a bizarre and lifelong mind-control atrocity.[7]

    How Targeted Individuals are being Controlled and Reasons for the Phenomenon[edit source | editbeta]

    Targeted Individuals believe there are a number of ways by which they are being controlled. According to them, a "harasser" needs to see where the target is, most use imagery devices such as a microphones, and then microwave powers are connected to electronic grid lines. Most TIs are sure that they are not a threat to national security, and are just being subjected to experimentations.[8] Some TIs believe they have been targeted because the government wants to capture a specific percentage of the population to control to eventually install a dictatorship - and so they are being used as disposable objects. Their belief is that moving to another place is pointless as harassment is globally wired and protocols follow TIs wherever they go. There has been an increase of organized stalking electronic harassment reports since early 1990's as technologies developed.[9]

    Symptoms and Effects[edit source | editbeta]

    According to CBS's affiliated television station, KENS, there are many symptoms and effects a TI may experience. They can be expressed in diverse ways, from mind and social control to even feelings of physical torture.[10] Some examples could be:
    • Control and manipulation of thoughts, feelings and ultimately behavior
    • Control of feelings and their expressions, as well as gang stalking
    • Creating the illusion of guilt
    • Controlling and erasing thoughts and short time memory problems
    • Induced dreams or the manipulation of them
    • Isolation of individuals through social and societal systems of control, sudden unemployment,
    • Loss of friends, because of rumors or direct control.
    • Creating symptoms of mental illness, possibly leading to the individual being put in psychiatric care
    • Creating symptoms of substance abuse, thus destroying the TI's reputation
    • Creating symptoms of insuline related diseases, causing early retirement or poverty because of inability to work
    • Creating symptoms or dementia because of apparent difficulty to express one’s feelings, thoughts or memories when the “attacks” are enormous
    • Direct pain in the body that only gets worse due to directed energy weapons, electromagnetic frequency, or simply radiation.
    • Pain in the spinal cord, back of the head, chest, tooth aches, limbic system, or in the forehead
    • Pain in vital organs: liver, stomach, heart, lungs and eyes, which can get itchy and therefore lead to tears and redness.
    • “Cooked” brain, electromagnetic shock waves in the brain, and in extreme cases heart attacks
    • Mental and psychological pain [11]

    Methods Targeted Individuals Use to Cope with the Situation[edit source | editbeta]

    In order for a Targeted Individuals to overcome their hardship, whether the whole thing is real or not,[12] often times certain techniquesare applied, and the targeted individual may do the following:[13]
    • Acknowledge their current situation, but know that it is not the end of the world
    • Recognize that they are not alone, and research and learn all they can about being a TI
    • Acknowledge the pain they feel associated with being targeted, rejected and lonely, and be determined to live the best life they possibly can
    • Express gratitude for the people and the things they still have in their lives
    • Find online support, and form friendships with other TIs
    • Do not allow themselves to become depressed, and continue to do everything they enjoyed doing before being targeted
    • Some Targeted Individuals report that Uhf/Vhf radio jammers up to 3 GHz suppress mind control effects upon them

    Now when a targeted individual complains about the abuse they are experiencing, they can easily be documented as showing signs ofparanoia or some form of mental illness which will in turn discredit all future claims made by the TI.[14]
