Dean, 21, a black engineering student at the University of Illinois at Chicago , was charged with transmitting a threat in interstate commerce. On Saturday Nov 28, he allegedly posted message comment on YouTube Black Panthers clip threatening to shoot and kill 16 students or staff, and then the police at U Chicago on Monday morning and then kill himself. He wrote: "This is my only warning. At 10AM Monday morning, I'm going to the campus quad of the University of Chicago. I will be armed with an M-4 carbine and two desert eagles, all fully loaded. I will execute approximately 16 white male students and or staff, which is the same number of time McDonald was killed," "I will then die killing any number of white policeman in the process. This is not a joke. I am to do my part and rid the world of white devils. I expect you do the same." The comments were quickly removed but a tip was passed on the FBI which quickly found who posted the message. Classes were cancelled on Monday Nov 30 in response, and Dean was arrested

Is this the leftist pro environment pro-black  lives activist Ty Campbell who was arrested?  He went t o diffent high school:

Port Orchard, Washington

https://www.facebook.com/ty.campbell.5680?fref=ts For all white Bellingham folk who are outraged by the recent episodes of white supremacy and hate speech on campus and in Minneapolis, here's some guidance from the WWU Black Student Union: "what we are asking of from our White Allies during this time is that they go back to their communities, friends and families with this information and spread awareness. During these times students of color are often put in uncomfortable situations where white folks ask them questions about their feelings, experience, and traumas. We are asking of white allies to not ask students of color for their experience during times like these, but instead spread awareness to their white friends and families and make sure that they aren't the ones perpetuating theses subtle microagressions and/or more overt forms of racism. Especially with this being around the holidays, we are asking from you to have a conversation about race within your home and to challenge ideas that you think are problematic or offensive rather than letting them slide. If you'd like to reach out to your friends of color by offer up your house/ rides that is a great idea but when doing so please be mindful about where you take the conversation: let us guide the conversation. Saying things like "I just can't believe this is happening" to a person of color may in fact make them uncomfortable because to many this is no longer shocking." -- they are also asking that we do not rally up on campus. Let's take our outrage home for thanksgiving and start some serious conversations. ‪#‎blacklivesmatterfriday‬  This hatred won't stand.

Student's family defends him amidst accusations of racist threats  Eric Wilkinson, KING 5 News
"He didn't intend anything," said his older brother Morgan. "It would've been an honest mistake."  ex-girlfriend of almost two years, who is Hispanic, said anything that may have been posted would be completely out of character.   school was discussing the possible replacement of its Viking mascot because some students find it offensive.  We still don't know exactly what Campbell is alleged to have posted but some of the posts included calls to "lynch" a black student activist, as well as an image of a loaded gun.   not charged with any crime Tuesday. Prosecutors have until Thursday to do so. rother said the 19-year-old is no racist, and that if he's guilty of anything it's of poor judgment, adding Campbell, himself, is a victim in this case. "It was an accident. It was not intended in any way. This could have a huge impact on his future."

comments: All this was started by a racist who hates all white males enough that she thinks the viking mascot has to go.   "The viking mascot does not represent me"  What mascot does? The fighting irish, the banana slug? Is there any mascot that actually represents it's students?   Most likely she got fired up about the students at UM and decided that as a black student, she needed to do something to promote racism on her campus as well.
