On November 25, 2018 Man charged after vehicle crashes through gate at governor's mansion ... MPR news  Clinton Leonard Fouquette rammed the gate at Minnesota governor's residence at 9:30PM on a Sunday night. He was ordered out of the vehicle at gunpoint. When police searched for weapons, he started weeping uncontrollably and then started to disrobe. He was charged with one count of damage to property, but no terrorism charges.
