No one ever deliberately aims their car at a house to kill people, but it happens by accident quite often. There is usually no motive or cause other than DUI, drugs or just plain bad or reckless driving, and the driver is often no even charged. The driver even sometimes volunteers that it was "not intentional". No one has ever recorded a terrorist attacking in this manner.
