2 dead, 1 injured May 5, 2015 Thong Kien Ma Meat Cleaver Attacks Neighbors Stealing WiFi In South El Monte near Los Angeles, Thong Kien Ma (asian) was shot dead by deputies after he was hacking the couple 59-year-old Chau Da Ngo and his wife that were his neighbors with a meat cleaver. When deputies warned him to drop the knife, he lunged at them shouting they'd have to kill him, and they dropped him with multiple shots. The husband was declared dead at the scene. Officials believe the suspect had not slept for three days and was angry over a delusional belief his neighbors were stealing his wifi internet connection.
