Oct 19, 2015 Eyewitness struggles after deadly H-E-B crash e afternoon of October 19th at the Gulfgate HEB. She talked with us in Spanish, which we translated for our interview. She said she was walking in with a friend for groceries and heard a bang, telling us a car barreled past her, hitting a concrete ball which came even closer to her as the vehicle crashed through the front of the store. HOUSTON -- A child was killed in a tragic car accident outside a northeast Harris County day care shortly after noon Tuesday. The accident happened at KD Learning Center, in a shopping center on Uvalde at Wallisville. 81-year-old woman was picking up her grandchild and a family friend's four-year-old son from the day care. She put the vehicle in reverse to leave, thinking the children were in the car, but the four-year-old was still trying to get in. He was struck by the open door, and pushed under the vehicle....driver got out to try to help the boy...rolled backwards, sideswiped another vehicle and slammed into the day care.

It is highly unusual for an "accident" when the Range Rover made a left hand towards the front of the building in the middle of the block to hit a Cadillac with a driver who some said appeared to be backing up or parking so that it was ready to be rammed into the front of the building. Bystanders help pull out the two children who were trapped under the Cadillac. About 40 children were inside the center. Police say the SUV driver was "approximately 80" years old, while the the driver of the Cadillac fled, but was later found. Evidently it was ruled an accident and not a deliberate coordinated attack as neither of the drivers was identified or charged with any traffic violation

To avoid hitting the ditch, he swerves behind the barriers protecting six massive submarine style propane tanks. He hits one of the large tanks, and runs as a leak causes a massive evacuation as a massive gas explosion and fire is averted. He is charged only with reckless driving.

June 13, 2013 Yousef Adhami Murders LA Bus Driver With Illegal Tow Truck At 5:00 a.m A Los Angeles Metro bus was struck by a tow truck that was speeding from a side street at 60 in a 30 zone through a red light. The crash killed bus driver Olivia Gamboa, and sent the tow truck into a 7-Eleven, injuring an employee, and sheared off a fire hydrant sending water into the air. The tow truck driver Yousef Adhami was hospitalized in critical condition, and was apparently neither arrested nor charged in the case despite that neither he nor this truck or company had a proper commercial driver's license for towing or an operating permit for the business.

It is highly unusual for an "accident" when the Range Rover made a left hand towards the front of the building in the middle of the block to hit a Cadillac with a driver who some said appeared to be backing up or parking so that it was ready to be rammed into the front of the building. Bystanders help pull out the two children who were trapped under the Cadillac. About 40 children were inside the center. Police say the SUV driver was "approximately 80" years old, while the the driver of the Cadillac fled, but was later found. Evidently it was ruled an accident and not a deliberate coordinated attack as neither of the drivers was identified or charged with any traffic violation

Six men face multiple charges that include first-degree arson, second-degree conspiracy to commit arson, first-degree attempted arson, theft of a motor vehicle, second-degree taking a motor vehicle without permission and conspiracy to commit theft of a motor vehicle. The men had stolen a van, and using a rock on the gas pedal crashed it into the church day care just before it opened. The next morning The next morning, police were called when three small fires were lit inside the day care center by a gasoline-filled Starbucks coffee bottle tossed through a window. Their cover story for a motive was an insurance scam even though they did not own the van or the daycare center, and all had extensive criminal histories.

December 18, 2005 Ali R. Warrayat Drives Car Into Home Depot In Chandler, Arizona 24-year-old Ali R. Warrayat crashed through the doors of the Home Depot at 6 a.m, slammed into the flammable paints and and ignited the blaze with a lighter. He then headed for the exit, sweeping merchandise from the shelves and waited for police to arrest him. When police talked to him, he asked police “Do you speak Arabic?” He told police he was angry at the store management about not getting a proper raise.
- April 29, 2012 Florida car accidentally rams Blue Sky, pedestrian and Publix A elderly driver claiming he hit the gas instead of a brake rammed the walk-up window of his usual Blue Sky coffee restaurant in Florida. Then he accidentally turned right, hit a pedestrian who was carried on the car as it crashed into an abandoned Publix supermarket. He said it was an accident. A few days before, another car drove completely into a busy Publix market and injured 10.
- April 14, 2012 Woman accidentally rams into Publix in Florida Video caught 76-year-old Thelma Wagenhoffer driving her Camry into the front door of a busy Palm Coast Publix supermarket and did not stop until the vehicle was in the center of the store. Ten people were injured in that crash.
2 killed 21 injured April 24, 2008 Two killed, at least 21 injured after truck crashes into CTA Train station An empty semitrailer truck driven by Don Wells which had just inexplicably skipped a scheduled cargo pickup drove at full speed as if was out of control with no brakes off an expressway exit ramp. Instead of stopping at the T to turn, it blasted straight through the busy intersection, and without sounding a horn, drove through pedestrians to ram a crowded escalator at the Cermak-Chinatown CTA train station. Two women were killed and 21 others, 7 with critical injuries, and at least 3 were children, were transported to hospitals. The family of the driver was awarded over $1 million in damages after the driver died in June 2008 of his injuries because they argued a medical condition triggered the crash and should have got medical treatment instead of being arrested and cited for negligent driving before being released without charge.

Livington pled no contest to driving under the influence of a drug, but a court also ruled against Costco because the food court was not adequately protected by barriers. Similar to a 2014 case where a car at a Londo, Ontario Canada Costco backed into an entrance, killing a girl and unborn baby.

- March 31, 2002Melodie Morsicato Crashes And Drives Inside Connecticut Target Store Melodie Morsicato crashed her Nissan Stanza through the doors of the New Britain Target in Connecticut at 4 a.m. when it was closed on Easter Sunday. She drove up and down trashing aisles until she was stopped and arrested by police in a car which smelled strongly of alcohol. She was charged her with first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree reckless endangerment and reckless driving. Police initially thought it was a robbery, but nothing was stolen and the woman would not give a motive for her actions. The 46 year old woman claimed she had been driving for hours drunk across the state, and had long-term alcohol and drug addiction problems. She was sentenced to six months in prison for driving drunk inside a store.
