  1. 1 injured Ohio Pastor Savagely Beaten by Militant Atheist October 20, 2013 At the Bridge Community Church North Hampton Ohio , Rev Normon Hayes was savagely beaten by a self-described militant atheist James Maxie after he asked Maxie's girlfriend if he was being abused. The beating downed him with a punch, and then got on top of him and kept hitting over and over, leavinglong gashes over the man’s eyes and breaking his nose. His Facebook profile makes references to atheism and criticisms of religion.

October 20, 2013 Cinthya Garcia-Cisneros Drives Into Leaf Pile Killing 2 Girls  Cinthya Garcia-Cisneros deliberately drove into a leaf pile by the road, but was surprised by a "bump" that turned out to be two girls who were in the leaf pile who were killed. She was sentenced to three years' probation and 250 hours of community service. A jury found her guilty of two counts of felony hit-and-run, but her case for deportation was dropped.
