A few thoughts on the near-simultaneous anti-terror operations in Libya and Somalia, where we captured a senior member of Al Qaeda and attacked al-Shabaab. It's interestingly that both involved raids, not drones. Presumably to gather more intelligence and to reduce risk of civilian deaths (with increased risk of American deaths).
